Once you’ve submitted your sales request we will get in touch with you with an offer for your timepiece within 24 hours. Once accepted you can either drop the piece into our showroom by appointment or we can arrange for a free fully insured postage option.

Once authenticated we will disburse payment within 24 hours to a nominated bank account of your choice. We aim to turn inspect and authenticate pieces within 24 hours of receiving the piece and will keep you updated every step of the way.

We offer a fully insured postage service that the majority of our customers make use off. If however you would prefer to drop the piece off into our showroom that is perfectly fine. Our showroom is located in Manchester and an appointment can be made to arrange this.
